- Copy of passport
- Copy of high school or university diploma or transcript
- Financial statements showing:
- $21,000 for 1-year Form I-20*
- $12,500 for 6-month Form I-20*
- $6,400 for 3-month Form I-20*
*The financial statements must be dated within the last 3 months.*For dependents, must show an additional $3,000.00 per dependent.
- Pay $150 application and $75 express mailing fees (both non-refundable).
- Pay online via credit card.
- After you’ve been accepted, you’ll get your Form I-20 and acceptance letter in 1 to 2 weeks.
- You’ll use these documents to apply for an F-1 student visa at the nearest U.S Embassy or Consulate in your country.

- Copy of passport, F-1 Student Visa and Form I-94
- Current Form I-20
- Copy of high school or university diploma or transcript
- Financial statements showing:
- $21,000 for 1-year Form I-20*
- $12,500 for 6-month Form I-20*
- $6,400 for 3-month Form I-20*
- Completed transfer request form (CWC will provide)
*The financial statements must be dated within the last 3 months.*For dependents, must show an additional $3,000.00 per dependent.
- Pay $150 application fee (non-refundable).
- Pay online via credit card.
After you’ve been accepted, you’ll get your Form I-20 and acceptance letter in 1 week.
Change My Visa Status

- Copy of high school or university diploma or transcript
- Financial statements showing:
- $21,000 for 1-year Form I-20*
- $12,500 for 6-month Form I-20*

- Pay $150 application fee (non-refundable) and $100 deferment fee (refundable if start date doesn’t change).
- Pay online via credit card.
- After you’ve been accepted, you’ll get your Form I-20 and acceptance letter in 1 week.
- Provide your I-20 and acceptance letter to your attorney (if you’re using one).
